Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit for the entire stay is required upon making your reservation at the Blue Ridge Boutique Hotel.

If you need to cancel your reservation and do so before 5:00pm EST the day prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund on your deposit.

If you cancel after that time, your deposit will be refunded, but you may be subject to a cancellation fee of the first night’s room charge.

You can cancel or make changes to your reservation online or by calling the hotel. Please do not e-mail any cancellation requests.

If a guest is a no-show, they must pay the first night of the room charges.
